Pricing questions
A paid message Hugo sent that the fan unlocked. It appears on your usage report with the fan and the conversation, so every charge can be traced to the sale behind it. Anything your team sends is charged at 0%.
Hugo's 10% is charged on the creator payout, the money left after OnlyFans' 20%. So on a $20 PPV, OnlyFans keeps $4, the payout is $16, and Hugo's share is $1.60.
No. There are no seats, no plans, no per-creator fee and no minimum. The CRM costs nothing, and a month where Hugo sells nothing costs you nothing.
From prepaid credits that you top up by card or crypto. Hugo’s share is drawn from that balance once a day.
After a grace period Hugo pauses selling until the balance is topped up. The inbox, analytics and your team are not affected, and he picks up again as soon as credit clears.
If OnlyFans reverses a sale Hugo was charged for, his share is credited back to your balance.
There is no separate charge for API or MCP access today. Owners and admins create keys in Settings, and anything sold through them is priced exactly like any other sale.
Tools that bill per creator charge an agency of thirty creators earning $10k each between $1,500 and $3,750 a month for the CRM alone, and charge more as those creators earn more. The calculator on this page uses their own published prices.
